In town for dr appointment so right across the road

The door to outside was pretty much busted. Could have been broken into in seconds. The breakfast was shit, coffee and bread and bagels. Second room they gave us had no hair dryer but bracket was on wall and was sharp and was inside bathroom door before the switch. So dangerous. No toilet paper holder as well. Was an under budget place and got what ya paid for.

The room was horrible, the beds were very uncomfortable, lumpy and creaky. Staff opened the outside door from the while we were in the room and in bed. Doors would not lock properly, the chain for the outside door was broken, the door for the entrance to the room from the hall had to be slammed in order to close properly, the room smelled bad and the remote for the tv was held together with scotch tape. Totally disgusted with this stay and for a continental breakfast white bread only is not acceptable. There was no fruit, no cereal, nothing at all but bread for toast. Not acceptable, I have food intolerance and allergies and there was nothing there for me to eat. The coffee was like tar. Totally unacceptable

Everything very worn and dirty looking, a bug on out bed- moved us to another room and sheets didn’t seem clean or fresh. We debated sleeping in our car after the concert- someone had taken our parking spot and then a homeless man approached our car and asked for money- scared my kids and we left!

There was no elevator and the stairs were dirty and the smell of the place is gross and stale. The key didn't work three separate times, and the back staircase smelled like a urinal. I was told to park at the back and did not feel safe walking up.

I booked with travago and got the $90.00. They charged me 99 for the night and came out 117.00. The stairs in the hallway had 3 different dirty rugs. TV did not work, bed an pillows really bad and uncomfortable. She said they would have TV working when we returned. Nope
