Location was okay, walking distance to grocery, coffee shop, and other amenities, easy drive to downtown and waterfront. Staff were very kind and helpful. There was a swimming pool. It was fairly quiet.
Negatives:
The room and building didn’t seem clean. The previous occupant’s half used soap and shampoo were still in the shower. The shower door didn’t close well and the shower was small and felt dirty. The building had air fresheners in the hallways which gave off a weird smell. The television channels were almost all just the same news station over and over. The breakfast was blah and served on paper plates. The place was inexpensive for a reason.

Nothing. This hotel should be condemned. It was absolutely filthy and there was mold in the bedroom...even on the sides of the bed frame. We arrived late and were assigned room 120 on the lower level. We had our grandson with us and had to leave the hotel and moved to a lovely hotel called the Days Inn in Rama for the same price. When I reported the mold to the front desk he didn't even blink an eye. He just said we will not charge you and you can leave. I had photos and he wouldn't even look at the photos. What a dive!!!

Everything...read above. Even the halls and stairs looked like they were rarely ever cleaned. It was a disgusting place. I will report it to the head office.

2) lack of Washroomin the reception area....on hasto go to the pool to find a Toilet!!!
3)for anyone who has a disability will have a big problem to.open any of the doors in the hallways to get to the dining room or to the reception or to the pool etc I have brought up the
necessity to at least have a button
To press to open the doors
to carry luggage thru the doors to get to the exit and to your car.erc
4) the luggage cart was out of order
5) the dining room where they supposed to serve dinner was closed with no sign on the doors

Hi, The front desk desk gave us hard time. He gave a room very no AC then we talked to him, he said he will change but he did not came back. It was hot room. I went to him then he changed the room then one access card was not working. Next day Hydro shut
