In addition to the price, The "stealing" charge is abusive. They really charge upfront. They don't hold it like rental car companies do. I hope we'll receive money back.
The bureaucracy to allow an employee to stay is ridiculous and very time consuming.

The sofa smelled bad and was outdated. Some of The towels were stained. There was a dead cockroach on the floors and 3 ladybugs flying around the ceiling lights. Broken shampoo dispenser in the bathroom. Front desk Staff did not make us feel welcomed is head was in his phone. Not informed about a deposit requirement when booking and deposit not refunded right away 5to 10 business days is unacceptable.

The place is located well for my purposes. The place is relatively quiet, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

I've stayed here since 2016, and the elliptical machine in the gym has had an 'out of order' sign on it for 9 years. The place needs to be maintained. The breakfast is very basic and repetitive, the overall clenliness of the property needs improvement, and as guests, we shouldn't have to ask that our room is cleaned and towels/coffee is replaced every single day.
