excellent location, very welcoming staff, very clean and comfortable room, onsite parking, loved they put small chocolates in your room with small snackpack and bottles of water, Keurig coffee machine with actual mug (not paper cups)

Concierge was not knowledgeable of parking available at the hotel nor nearby. She was unable to guide us to the parking area and then walked away. This took 3 tries. There is no water pressure in the shower and tub doesnt drain. When checking out, concierge informed us of an added sustainability fee and only when prompted recognized that Booking.com would pay the substantiality fee on our behalf.

The workout facilities were a little minimal but I probably didn't enjoy it because there was someone else there who kept dropping the weights and it was very jarring.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location was convenient. We appreciated the welcome drink and the water station in the lobby.
Negatives:
There was a brown stain on the carpet, and on the sheets as well. We noticed some coffee like drops on the wall. The lighting was very white and bright, which wasn't very comfortable.
