Proximity to the Queensway Carleton Hospital where a relative was a patient

This hotel should not have a best western plus designation. It is run down - the main entrance was cordoned off due to what I was told was a collapse of the roof. The suite was not very clean- smoker smell and furniture surfaces not clean.
