Room was very run down, chunks out of the paint in the walls, furniture shabby and patchy. I was not impressed. The last time we were there, 10 years ago, it was much better kept.

Check in at 4 not ready. Staff not friendly or helpful. Didnt call when room was ready as discussed. At times staff was rude just trying to get answers.

The TV was not working upon arrival. Power outage when we returned from the game. The back up power failed also which caused our CPAP's to not operate. Failures do occur, but would have appreciated some type of compensation for a sleepless night.

The pool and gym facilities were not in the central hub of the hotel and there was no elevator access to the pool area. I did not like the fact you had to proceed through the gym to get to the family pool

the atmosphere and the restaurant/bar were great. the beds were really nice to sleep in too.

there were holes in some of the towels. the faucet in the bathroom seemed very impractical and needs to be changed out. It sprayed all over the mirror, the water flow coming out wasn't great and the shape of it made me it my head when washing my face.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Also the big windows made the room very bright but had great blackout curtains when needed.
