Rooms were old, carpets dirty, smelly hallways, small bathroom without exhaust. Not worth the money that I spent. Anything over USD 90/CAD 115 is too much for this hotel.

Convenient location for my work purposes when I travel to the area for work

Service desk although polite did not know where amenities where within the hotel ie/ ice machine , second morning there was coffee but nothing set up like cream and milk , not a big deal but a sign that there are inconsistencies, just constructive feedback ,the dress code for front desk , a couple were well dressed some had track suit styles and some red running shoes , not the colour just the fact there is not a consistent message , glad your busy but all hotels in Ottawa are , but could you be busier with more sell through rates ? Not sure
