Beautiful, elegant hotel, amazing rooms and very welcoming and helpful staff. Especially on the check in process.
Negatives:
- Swimming pool was reserved so couldn't access.
- Issues with valet parking. They brought the car up, but wasn't visible and drove it off while waiting in the lobby for it. No communication from them that the car was pulled up. But understand the staff are very busy, especially with the guests trying to check out
