First and foremost, the staff was the best part. But pretty much everything else was also wonderful. Made me wish I was staying in Ottawa more than one night.

No parking on premises. $60 for poorly done valet parking like they were race drivers. It should be clear on the Booking.com site this significant limitation. I parked nearby for $8 at an office building. Sunday brunch was way below the standard of a Fairmont. Go to Westin.
