Proximity and location was great for our purpose. Staffs were generally receptive. Response was reasonably quick.
Appears helpful with questions.
Negatives:
Staffs were not readily available at the reception desk. No complementary water bottles. The breakfast kitchen when I went at 9.15 was unmanned.
