I loved the friendly staff and how informative they were. The rooms were so nice and clean and spacious. Loved that we had a separate sink in the room as well and a microwave. The location is great, close to downtown Ottawa and there are shops close by as well.
Negatives:
It would be nice to have a water refill station on each floor, that way I didn't need to go to the lobby to refill my bottle as I don't feel comfortable using the in-room sink as drinking water.
