Good hotel to stay in downtown Ottawa
Positives:
The location was great-right in the downtown and close to everything!
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
The room felt very small, and the noise from the AC, made it impossible to get a sound sleep. On top of the already high price, we also had to pay extra for parking. I think we should check these things before making a booking. As well as the loud washroom exhaust fan.
