Staff were wonderful; very friendly and professional. Location ok for public transit access to downtown if one is fully-abled.
Negatives:
Had to change rooms because HVAC in 1 was not working; too noisy in 2nd room but manageable. Bathtub in 2nd room backed up while showering. Food in hotel dining room was very disappointing; order took too long and was not correctly prepared when served.

Our toilet was terrible, yellow inside! I think nobody really cleaned the washroom before given us the room. We found deep mattress in the middle. Fortunately we book a room with to beds.

The location was good just few miles away from downtown located conveniently near the st Laurent bus terminal.
Negatives:
The bathtub had a blockage . After the shower it took so much of time for the water to drain out . Also the flush didnt work properly. We had to keep flushing 5-6 times and still didnt work !

So basically I rent a room there, was having some drinks and smoking downstairs then I met a girl we went to my room but she starts acting really weird (probably really high on drugs) acting really weird so I asked her to leave my room.. but it knocked at the door and she ran to open it.. another crazy girl came in with a guy saying they going to stab me and kill me if I dont give them all my money!!! The guy was acting like he had a gun on him to scared me more.. So I called the front desk saying I need security asap.. they called the police.. When the police came in they were assuming I was an escort (because in the past I use to be forced to do it and they arrested the guy I was with.. couldnt tell the police because he was gang member from Gatineau) They told me I was wasting their times asked me to leave the hotel while the 3 people was still there I was so scared they didnt protect me at all. They also took 700$ on my credit card for nothing.
