Ok basic hotel overall and good location
Negatives:
The room was next to the laundry and other facilities which were extremely noisy all night long.
The suite is a very expensive room so you would hope to have a comfortable and restful stay. However there are no rules for noise at night in this hotel so it was impossible to sleep and rest during our stay. The staff were very unhelpful unfortunately.

This was much better than a nearby competitor from another chain that usually has ok rooms. That particular location was very poor and the upgrade to the Holiday Inn was like night and day. Luxury compared to a depressing and dingy propery for a similar price.
Negatives:
There aren't many restaurant or shopping options nearby so you have to come prepared with snacks etc.

I would need more clothes hangers in closet.
The coffee inserts should be replenished every day.
The banquet meal was skimpy ...but then that could have been the onus of the organisers rather than the hotel.

We had a great time staying here with our family. The staff were wonderful — from the reception team to the cleaner and the repair staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the free parking was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely come back again.

Broken sink faucet. Bunched up hallway rugs: safety hazard. Broken ice machine. Large gap around door bringing all hallway sounds from small to big.
