Location, location, location. Easy to get around; staff very helpful; house keeping read my mind and provided everything we needed without asking.
Negatives:
Parking was a bit tight; but doable. elevators slow; and took a long time to come; but as the hotel is a great bargain for the money; one can only expect it to be busy; we're all good; and we'll be back.

The coffee maker is only good for 2. Area has many homeless people. No Teflon pan.

After our check out, we got a call advising us our credit card was charged 900$ because there was a hole in the wall, however, the hole was there when we checked in. The manager insisted it wasnt and told me I should have told them about the hole.
