Location was very central and very close to byward market and the shopping mall. Very clean and modern. Superior room was spacious with good storage.
Negatives:
The coffee machine was broken. We reported it to reception and they sent someone to fix it but they just left a note saying the problem was user error. We have the same coffee machine at home. It was not user error, it was broken and they did not fix it.

The hotel needs to let the guest access microwave in order to avoid multiple food handling.
