Negatives: Sink was broken and bathtub was not cleaned

Negatives: The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and needed to be fixed. I was very disappointed and did not like that the pool was out of service because we were looking forward to spending a bit of time swimming.

Negatives: The bathroom was disgusting! I will try to send a few pictures. The caulking around the tub was all mouldy. The room above our room, 206, was leaking onto our bathroom floor from the ceiling. The lights in the hallway were outdid not feel safe.

Negatives: Several items in the room were in disrepair

Negatives: I arrived at 3:30 pm. I was greeted by a sign that said the attendant would be back in 10 minutes. Their was a dead bug on the bed. The bathrooms need to be updated. I rented 2 rooms. My in laws wanted to leave and check into another hotel.

Negatives: Our first room did not have working A/C and no shower curtain. Our second room had no working A/C and a bathroom light was burnt out which posed a safety concern. Our third room had issues with the TV. No ironing board and no hand rains in the shower

Negatives: Pool and hot tub closure, did not know until check in.

Negatives: I dont even know where to begin.. our stay with the Quality Inn was cut short because our room, 214, was infested with bed bugs. When we arrived to this hotel, booked well in advance of our stay, we were first disappointed to see that the pool and hot tub were not running. We chose this hotel because it had a hot tub and was close to the course we are in town for. The website advertised that it would be running by end of august, so considering our stay was booked for Sept 21-25, we assumed it would be running. We then got to our room to find that the tv barely worked and there was no plug in the tub, so we couldnt bathe. So to this point already, our stay was less than satisfactory. When we got into bed and turned off the lights, as I scrolled on my phone I saw a bug crawl across me. We immediately got out of our beds to find 3 more in the bed. I will attach one of the many pictures I took so that you can confirm that what we found was in fact bed bugs. I went downstairs to inform your staff that we found bugs, brought the bugs to show him and asked to be refunded, he started laughing hysterically. I told him his laughter was inappropriate and he agreed, but continued to laugh. He called someone to ask how we should be handled and he issued our refund, but the events did not stop here. We had to beg for a place to stay at the holiday inn, because there wasnt a single room anywhere available. They found us a room in spite of their full capacity, but we had to pay way more than we initially budgeted because the last minute rates are far higher than they are when you book ahead. So now, as a single mother and student here on a course, I had to spend $500 more than originally budgeted for my stay. My credit card still has a hold from the $720 for the room from quality inn, plus $200 for the hold for the room from the quality inn, and now an additional charge of $1200 for us to stay at the holiday inn.
