Positives:
- The location was great, right within the shopping centre with easy access to the train stations and metro.
- Fantastic size to the rooms (we were a group and occupied a couple) and views from the room were brilliant too.
- Staff was great and always happy to help. Be sure to tip for anything you ask for.
- Excellent fitness area within the hotel.
- The beds were very comfortable and other small touches like the USB connecting station, the hairdryer, the fridge, safe etc and other complementary items made our stay more enjoyable.
Negatives:
- Although there is a pool, it is very small for the size of the hotel.
- The SPA treatments offered seemed too expensive to consider.
- The breakfast at Daly's was a buffet but was nothing great for the price paid BUT with a food court, dining outlets and grocery store just downstairs this was not a big deal.
- In our room the hairdryer looked tired and needed replacing.

The Westin Team were responsive to our needs and were professional throughout our stay. Exceptional team, all are to be congratulated. We were celebratin 2 birthdays and given the wonderful reception and experience we decided to make the Westin part of our bi-annual tradition for get togethers.

We had a room with two double beds but only one easy chair
Our room was on the 23rd floor with glass wondows floor to ceiling
We would have liked to be able to sit snd enjoy the view
We needed an additional chair!
Also, the watersaver toilet did not flush thoroughly!!!
