Good standard breakfast. Could have included extra fruit. Also offer alternatives such as cereal or porridge.
Negatives:
It should have been obvious, upon check-in, that we both had some physical challenges but we were not offered an appropriate room (we did not know of such rooms?.
However, our room was quite comfortable except for challenges with bed, toilet and shower.

The complimentary breakfast was great (both mornings). The pool was lovely. The hot tub was down a couple times when we went to use it, but the pool and steam room were nice. The changerooms were also clean. The room was great, large, and clean. The check in was nice - the person behind the counter was polite and helpful. Lots of food options around.

The pool area was very hot the air should be exchanged and they were adding cold water to the pool with hoses and the room as a little difficult to enjoy the hottub in. Bed was comfortable at first, sheets could have been softer and I noticed during the night that there were actually metal bed springs that squeaked.

room was not as luxurious as depicted on the website. No bottled water provided in the room. The town water has a disagreeable taste. The hot tub was out off order at 7:00pm when we wanted to use it due to salt/chemical balancing. This task should be performed out-side of operating hours.
