Staff were absolutely wonderful. Very polite and knowledgeable, the younger attendant who was working the desk when we came in was very nice, there was also a gentleman we ran into at the morning breakfast that was a lot of help with the waffle maker
Negatives:
We chose this particular hotel as it had a hot tub and pool. Both of which were out of service during our stay. The attendant at the desk, who was great, did say they were surprised we were not contacted about the facilities being closed. There was also no disclaimer on the booking site (Bookings.com)

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. Check-in was very easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast was very good, items such as; eggs, sausage, bagels and toast, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles and good coffee. The pool and hot tub were great to use. Lots of free parking and good WiFi. Restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Petawawa.
