Excellent, varied menu, great staff in the breakfast room. The location was beautiful, the staff at the front desk were helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel itself was clean and peaceful and amenities like the pool and front lobby were welcoming.

Check in was easy, friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast offered lots of variety.
Negatives:
A bit more attention to details when cleaning would be my only issue. Corners in the bathroom and behind the toilet. Marks on the walls needed a wipe down. Nothing gross or offensive and not everyone would notice.

Overall it was a successful...
Positives:
Our room was upgraded by Andrea to a suite. A separate lounge/tv area with a sleeper sofa and walkout to a private deck.
The bedroom, which could be closed if required, was huge with an ensuing jacuzzi and gas fireplace and TV.
A small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink, was perfect.
The suite was tastefully furnished and decorated.
Extremely comfortable and functional, particularly for more than a couple.
The only negative was the noisy heating units when they came on in the middle of the night.
Also, some grab bars at the jacuzzi are needed and perhaps a magnifying make up mirror in the bathroom?
Will certainly return!

The employees were very friendly and helpful.
Our room was comfortable and clean... like really clean (this is my first criteria for choosing where to stay). Really enjoyed the fireplace and jetted tub! Breakfast was pretty good (love that this was built into the price of the room).
