When i showed up they didn't even have my booking and they were full. I don't understand because I received confirmation from booking.com that my reservation was made. I was not happy. They ended up "finding" a room at the last minute and i was not given the discount i was promised for booking online. It was conplete BS. The room was gross and the bathroom was absolutely DISGUSTING. Never ever woukd I stay there. To top it off the cable didnt work inthe room. It was a horrible experience.

I didnt like the BEDBUGS on the bed in the second room we went into because our first room wasnt clean whatsoever. Bed not made. Hair and dirt everywhere. Broken hangers on the floor. This hotel needs to be shut down asap!!!

It's clean and bright and the staff are always nice an helpful. There was a loud group of young people having a party in the room above me around 11pm, apparently, but it was delt with AND quiet within 10 minutes of me calling. Good job!!!

Comfortable, bright, and clean.
Positives:
Very basic accommodation but clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. Good for a one-night stopover.

Furniture was a bit Ikea and had seen better days. My room had a heater inside a cupboard which was a bit noisy but very effective. Useful when it was -22 C outside!!

Staff was very helpful, first room was not cleaned there bathroom was not cleaned so we got another room the second room was okay wasn't the best door was hard to lock and unlock, floor was not that clean bathroom walls need to be cleaned.
