Location was great and staff very accomodating.
Negatives:
I booked the cheapest room I could find online at the hotel and got what I paid for. Next time I will spend the money and stay at the Sheraton which looked much nicer. My room had been sprayed with a fragrance that was overpowering and the walls were paper thin. I could hear the next door people clearly.

I actually did not stay at this location, but I have stayed at BW's before and have always enjoyed them. I would bet that his property does not deviate from that. Especially in a great city like Toronto. I stayed at the four points that is not far from this property. It was a nice mix of asian, french, and India culture.
Negatives:
At the BW that I stayed at awhile ago I liked the fast friendly check in - out options. clean rooms and amentities. Best Western is a safe bet while travleing
