Cancellation Policy

Good news! Before Saturday, May 25th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, May 25th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, May 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Toronto), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Photo Policy

The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card is required for any additional hotel specific service fees or incidental charges or fees that may be charged by the hotel to the customer at checkout. These #START_PHOTO#charges#END_PHOTO# may be mandatory (e.g., resort fees) or optional (parking, phone calls or minibar charges) and are not included in the room rate.

Please inform Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 100 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
