Enjoy my stay in the...
Positives:
We were upgraded to Sheraton which was adjoining Best Western...much appreciated. Bed was very comfortable, room spacious, and area quiet.
Negatives:
The only problem was with our coffee maker...didn't work and at 6:00am we had to call for a replacement, however they quickly came and everything was fine.

Great stay for your money!
Positives:
Having a room with a kitchenette made a huge difference for myself and co-workers, having access to an open-door balcony also is a game changer. My rooms must have a balcony and this location always meets what I need. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the cleaning staff was amazing!

The parking at this location is a challenge, parking spaces are too small.

Very comfy beds and clean rooms, hallway, elevator... very good.
Negatives:
No security at side entrance of the hotel. Heavy barn door shared by the closet and the bathroom. Not enough USB ports on/near nightstand. Express check out was not marked in the lobby or announced, people waited in line then was told the option.
