There was only one operating elevator in the hotel. It took 15 minutes to go up to the first floor, and it was the first time I saw such a dirty hotel.

No tea bags in the room, no cookies, everything is super basic, no cafe or restaurant or bar on site.

Positives:
The hotel rooms are clean and well maintained. I appreciate the fact that breakfast is included. The location is close to all of the local shopping malls and a short drive to great Canton and American cuisine themed restaurants.
Negatives:
This hotel is very noisy! Many patrons are traveling little league sports teams. Both parents and children stay up most of the night having loud conversations past the quiet time of 10pm to 8am. The parents do not control the kids in the breakfast area often barging through lines, pushing people, and not responding to polite request of "excuse me" by pass their groupings. All of this to get their favorite cereals and pancakes.
