left at 4am because there was too much noise from all the transport trucks just outside our window! i asked for a quiet room but got the exact opposite! i've booked through booking.com at this hotel before and never had this problem. i asked for a quiet room on checkin and was told they couldnt because i booked through a third party...lesson learned...stop booking with you guys and book straight through the hotel. we didnt get any sleep and could take the noise and had to leave so early there was no breakfast! i thought i was getting a deal with my booking but actually i wasted my $129 because i booked with a third party.
Negatives:
I asked for a quieter room. i could have been giving a room on the other side of the hotel.

Exceptional welcome and hospitality at a great value! Staff were attentive, rooms were clean albeit small, breakfast offerings included in the rate were surprisingly good and topped up quick.
