Positives: I wasn't given anything to like or enjoy, or even given a chance to see the inside of the hotel. The woman at the front desk had the main sliding doors locked. And well only opened them enough to stick her fat head through to give me her ignorant attitude, also while leaving me out in the cold rain.

Negatives: The fact that I was treated like an animal. I wasn't even welcomed into the hotel. You have some really ignorant and judgmental staff. And I will be sure to let anyone and everyone know how I was treated. If you would like to discuss this any further, please don't hesitate to call me or email me.

Positives: The front desk staff was excellent. Their customer service was A++++ They we helpful and warm. The bartender was really great too. The 8th floor room cleaners were amazing too.

Negatives: There are snags in the carpet. There is black mold in the shower. The sheets are rough, and for that price, the rooms should be updated, in better condition, and the bedding should be great.
