A good hotel to rest at when in Smiths Falls. Guaranteed quality with no worries

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and were very kind to my children. Karen, who is the breakfast attendant, was so thoughtful and kind and the breakfast was just what is needed. The location is great and surrounded by so many options for eating out.

Staff great. Recommended a great pizza place called Milano. Bed very comfy.

Should have changed hotels when the check in question was "are you with the wedding party?" They arrived around 10:30 and didn't slow down till around midnight. I love celebrating a friend's marriage too but singing in the hall and yelling from one room to another.... sounded more like a grade 9 school trip. We called reception around 11:30 and asked if they could shut it down. The front desk attendant said she was trying as I wasn't the first one to call her.
