The front counter staff were amazing and very helpful in explaining things. Our room was comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was very unsatisfactory. We have stayed at the hotel at least 6 times and have never been disappointed. We boasted about the breakfasts. This time however.the breakfast was not as we expected. The food was not always replenished leaving the guests waiting for the food. We booked a room for family members in hopes for a good breakfast. We even complained to front desk. Hopefully, next time, it will be better.
