Small ants on bathroom floor.
Waffle maker at breakfast should be removed. The timer froze a couple of times.

Breakfast was good...the bed was extremely comfortable...the room however kinda looked it needed some TLC...wallpaper falling off...curtains not nice and the shower needed my water pressure...needs new shower head.

While the soundproofing was good to block out exterior noises, we could hear every conversation and the TV in the adjoining rooms, which kept us up. They weren't even speaking loudly. We had ants in our bathroom. Hopefully, this won't be an issue when the renovations are completed.

Breakfast is awesome. The pool staff has issues with boundaries.
Negatives:
Being ashamed at how we were treated as a family. I come there for the heated pool and swim with my grandbabies. The towel should be set out as asking staff is like they had to buy them. Night staff, had his face into something, i did not even know he was behind the counter.
