Negatives:
Very disappointed with the service person, tried to get in the room way before check out time, knock at the door at 9 am when we were sleeping, then just open the door on us at 9:30 am. Check out time was 11 am, luckily the inside lock was on. Very disrespectful. I’ll never book in here again neither would I recommend this place.

The staff were friendly. Located just off the QEW so easy to find. Seemed clean generally. It was quite quiet despite being just off the highway. The shower stall appeared to be relatively new.
Negatives:
The mattress was broken down, sloped in to the middle from both sides, so we had a poor nights sleep and I wound up with a sore back. There was a stain on the mattress visible through the fitted sheet. It may have been wine but I initially thought it was blood. The furniture seemed worn.
The property was somewhat awkward getting in to depending on which direction one was coming from.

It was near St Catharines downtown, where I needed to go on this trip. The clerk at check in was friendly.
Negatives:
The linen didn't seem clean, some hair found. The towels weren't clean. The shower curtain was stained and barely hanging on the rod. It was late when I checked in, I was staying for one night, I didn't want the hassle of changing rooms at this point.
