Negatives:
We were given a room amidst a noisy and loud crowd with loud voices, laughter and door bangings until past 12 midnight. This Inn has no quiet time and it took several attempts by the Manager to quiet them down and send them to their rooms to retire and stop the noise. It persisted for a few more
minutes after the Manager left. This Inn did not consider the needs of the other guests who wanted peace and quiet at those late hours. We are seniors in our 70s and do not understand why they would have put us in the same area as the noisy group. We will not stay at this Inn in future. Also the bathroom vent was so noisy we could not leave it on while using the toilet. We just had to leave the bathroom door open and not use the vent.

This property is very noisy with guests up and down halls partying. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay steer clear of this hotel. Stayed in many hotels for personal and business and never experienced this before in a hotel. Staff very unresponsive to concerns. Beware!

The facility had ample parking, it was easy to find and staff were very accommodating.
Negatives:
It would have been just a little better had they had a restaurant. However, staff recommended an italian restaurant that was literally next door which offered fantastic fare and as all 4 of us required coffee, tea and a muffin for breakfast (Tims which was less than 2 blocks away) worked well. We picked up muffins before going to bed and used the hotels coffee machine. All was good!

The front desk staff went over and beyond, the laundry dryer was not working and eating moneu. I had basketball uniforms to wash and dry. They went above and beyond by drying the uniforms in the motel commercial dryer.
Negatives:
First Comfort Inn I have stayed at that did not offer breakfast or Continental breakfast. The excuse was that there was an attached restaurant. It had been closed and bankrupt for 4 months. House keeping was a joke. I placed bath towels in the hall and attached a note asking for shampoo and clean towels, towels were taken and no new towels or shampoo.

We thought like other motels that we have stayed at that, you would have cleaned our room each day. We were a little disappointed when we got back to the room, nothing was cleaned or made. There was no clean towels for the next morning until I went to front desk.
