The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was right off the QEW. Staff were amazing. Really caring and friendly. There was a small gym with all the expected equipment and free coffee available in the cosy lobby. It was not far from the small towns like Vineland, Lincoln and Niagara-on-the-Lake and right on the outskirts of St. Catharines. Highly recommend.

Hard to like anything when one wasn't told about extra pet fees when I first booked the room. I specifically asked for a pet friendly hotel room. Additional fees are not appreciated! specially when I was NOT told about it at time of booking.
Negatives:
When booking for a pet friendly room, I expected all additional fees to be produced/announced at time of booking and being told when checking in that there was "more fees!" This is totally unacceptable, and a inconvenience surprise!
