Good location for getting to Niagara Falls without being in the thick of it. Room and facilities were clean.

No breakfast
Our room was on the 1st floor and a group was singing loudly until late into the night, and the doors were left open so that the singing was disruptive inside the room.

Hotel room is paid by the room, during my search, price was $150 for 2 adults and $185 for having 3 adults, I initially confirmed 3 adults to change to a room for 2 adults only a few minutes after, booking.com was of no help on the price, unfortunately, ended with the price down to $170 which is not right, should have been $150!!!... Shower has mold and the sofa bed hides tooth floss and crumbs under the mattress, so disappointing, in future, I am walking away from this HI standard
