The rooms were Beautiful. The large bathtub was so great especially having a toddler who needed a bath. Just wish the beds could move a little.

Our very first interaction with the front desk lady was very rude and just looked at me and my husband like we were idiots for asking if there was a possibility to have early check in. I definitely recommend the older morning reception with the long blond curlyish hair take a vacation.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, day shift staff was very friendly, location was perfect.
Negatives:
I had arranged for an early checkin after an overnight flight to London. We arrived at 7:30 am and the lady at checking refused to check us in after I told her I had arranged an early. So we were forced to go drive around until 2pm on no sleep. I ended up calling back at 10am and got a different lady who looked and said yup, come on in we have you for anearly.. 5stars for her! She saved us that day. We were all terribly tired.
