The air conditioner making too much noise. I showed the staff a video of the loud noisy ac and they did nothing. Couldn't sleep.
And beds weren't clean or pressed.. was crushed bed cover.

Good location for downtown activities/night life. Staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Unclean, found a piece of stale pizza on the floor that was rock hard. Caulking in bathroom has hair stuck in it. Garbage in bathroom didn’t have bag in it, Kleenex box was empty, toilet paper rolls were low.
