The parking was terrible. For some reason, a large parking lot was closed off and there were only about 20 other spots in what did not seem to be a real parking lot.

The location of the property is fine and it is easy to get to with plenty of parking space.
Negatives:
The railway freight traffic is heavy and noisy. People that smoke tend to congregate around the main entrance to the hotel. There is a very large contingent of homeless drug addicted vagrants in the area around the property. There is also a welfare center offering night shelter to the homeless on a first come first served basis which caused several shouting matches in the evenings.

Head a change in Doctors appointments the Front Desk Staff were able to accommodate my changes quickly and without concerns.

Did not like anything about this location and the inability to contact someone at Booking.com by phone. Your site says your have 24 hr customer service but where is the phone number? You make it impossible to reach you. There was not hot water at this hotel and it was in an area where there is ahomeless shelter and there were homeless people on the hotel property and the parking lot was disgusting and all broken up. Felt like we were in the slums.
