Front desk crew were all very helpful, pointing out the Hotel parking lot and the NOT for HOTEL guest area... seems the property owners are having a fight over who parks where.

Floors were littered with trash, dirty carpets in the hallway & exits were trashed... a broom & dust pan will work if the vacuums don't work.
