Cleaning staff very pleasant and do a great job keeping the rooms clean.
Negatives:
The pool was extremely murky (couldn't see the bottom) and the hot tub was out of order... very disappointing. We were surprised that they only offered loose tea bags (not individually packaged) as complementary tea/coffee... looked very cheap.

Room was beautiful, service was absolutely incredible. Felt very upscale for the price paid. Lesser hotels would have cost more.
Negatives:
We were in a double queen room. There was only a bedside table in between the beds, so as the person sleeping on the outside, I didn't have anywhere to put a drink or my phone or anything.
Also, being on the 6th floor, water pressure wasn't great. Toilet was slow to flush, shower was mediocre.
These are very finicky complaints, however and did not really affect our satisfaction or enjoyment of this awesome room.
