There was a big confusion at the desk, check in, they double charge us for the deposit. To this day, I am honest, I am not sure if is resolved. They were insistent against my objections and proceeded to use two cards anyway. I felt, they cam across as a little cold, uninvolved - disinterested.

My friends came over, and we had an amazing time — everything was perfect. The hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever been to. I’m so thankful to the staff for accommodating all my requests and helping make my birthday both memorable and convenient for everyone. Highly recommended!
