Front desk staff were very helpful and kind. Staff of the Anchor & Ore were great! One server in particular was so helpful answering some questions we had about places and things in Thunder Bay. Im not completely sure but I think her name is Aidan.
Negatives:
The distance to the parking lot. We are both older and my husband has extremely bad knees. The walk from the parking lot was really long in the dark and rain. Also the front entrance littered with cigarette butts is not appealing in any way. Smokers need to be much farther away from the front door and encouraged to use ashtrays. It was quite gross!
