Your evening front desk clerk was the rudest woman I have ever met and was completely unhelpful. Refused to check us in saying our credit card was declined, only to talk to booking.com that the front desk clerk did not process the payment properly. She didn't even apologize and then assigned us the wrong room we paid for. Made the experience a bit sour!

Positives:
We loved the location as we could admire the bay during sunrise and sunset, a perfectly maintained and repurposed building with lots of history, the price was right considering the ratings, all the amenities in the building and the room were a nice a surprise, the included breakfast was a really nice touch, staff was helpful and friendly, it was a short stay but we will definitely book again the next time we visit the city.
Negatives:
It was such a short stay that it would be impossible to rate everything included, but for the basic and the plus things we didn't expect, everything was perfect, we'd love to come back for a longer stay,

I’m a lawyer and it was really nice to stay in the old courthouse!!! Such a beautiful building.
Negatives:
I liked that there was a gym, it was clean and lots of options but it could be a bit bigger. That’s not something they can change without a renovation though, so pretty low on the needs scale. I was just happy that there was a gym.

Very good location, staff are very welcoming, and breakfast time is convenient. Extra large room, good taste in furniture selection.
Negatives:
The carpet wasn't quite clean near the headboard area, they don't have a real kitchen, so don't expect you will get a real breakfast buffet.
