They overbooked the rooms so we didn’t get the ground floor room we booked WELL in advance and for more $$$. The staff member didn’t even provide any apology, remorse or assistance and essentially said we were SOL. We realize it wasn’t her fault, but you can still be courteous as a literal customer service rep? We had dogs and several bags to bring up stairs in the middle of the night on arrival (no elevators - not accessible for accessibility needs!!!!). Rooms were terrible, blinds didn’t even fully shut, was stuffy and dirty, beds were so uncomfortable, I felt like I was in a sketchy motel. For the price, a ridiculous stay

Waited 20 minutes to check in due to the staff not being there. I tried calling and there was no answer. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The door handle for the bathroom fell off so my friend got stuck in the bathroom.

I enjoyed all the amenities provided and the room was very nice and clean. I liked that breakfast was included too. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly.
Negatives:
I found the cost to be high for one night. Also, I had to contact the front desk about a guest in the room beside me for being loud/disruptive after midnight. It was handled well and I managed to get some sleep.
