Negatives:
Rough condition, unfixed issues, old and smelly. Didnt even stay full time we left to avoid having to smell the room another day. Poor maintenance is obvious.

Location was central to both arenas where the grandkid was playing! Breakfast was nice and warm. Staff were also very friendly! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Nice clean hotel centrally located.
Negatives:
They had my laptop bag but apparently they lost it even though it was just in front of the desk and they looked at the video footage and they can't see where the laptop bag was placed. How it's that possible.

Space of the rooms, kids like the smaller pool, great services and was really comfortable
Negatives:
Booked 2 rooms (1 suite for our family and 1 queen for my mother in law) the 1 queen room we were given was under Reno's and not supposed to be available. Had to go to the front desk to get it sorted and was given a king room but only had 1 bed which meant my mother in law didn't take any kids in her room as planned and at least it was on the same floor but not beside
