Positives:
We received a room upgrade and the apartment style room exceeded our expectations! It was big, modern, clean and cosy with a great view of CN Tower. We also loved the complimentary hour in the jacuzzi pool. I'd definitely stay again.
Negatives:
There was a fire during our stay which was obviously scary and caused stress. However, I do want to note that it was handled very well, we were all evacuated quickly and were happy to be safe. We were on our way to the airport when it happened and were safely escorted back to our room by firefighters to get our luggage

Looking nothing like the pictures. Smelt of smokes and looked dingy. The interiors from the elevator looks like an average apartment building. The front desk welcome area looks like a high-key motel. Very poor setup with poorly dressed staff.

The location is great, close to restaurants and coffee shops and within walking distance to Toronto landmarks.

The room is very small, which was fine for our two-night stay. If we needed a longer stay, it would probably not work.
