I was overcharged and am having difficulty getting a resolution but it might be my credit card delaying rather than the property. Not super happy about it though

Very handy to the airport...
Positives:
The staff is super friendly, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk, they were all extremely polite and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. It was a pity our flight was leaving so early we didn't have time to try their breakfast. The fitness center and pool are also a plus. Room had loads of space, and nicely arranged. All in all it was a pleasant stay and the staff made us feel really well.
Negatives:
No complains. Well, if they started the breakfast a bit earlier for travelers that have a very early plane to catch. But they have bags to go! (a very nice gesture).

The hotel is really nice! It offers a variety of amenities such as free parking, continental breakfast, and airport shuttle. It only about 20-25 mins away from downtown Toronto, so it makes for a great location. The staff are attentive, and are super helpful with whatever you may need. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Overall great experience!
