The breakfast was very good. The location was great as we were visiting our son at York University.

The only thing that displeased me was when I booked 3 months in advance, I asked for an early checkin, unfortunately our room was not ready. Understandable. Things happen. Not guaranteed.
Upon checkin, realized that there was a hockey tournament going on, kids were running around front lobby, playing hide& seek!! Staff were exceptionally patient with these children,, as the parents were not watching them,, I have worked in the hotel industry and know what happens with these tournaments. Your staff were very accommodating to us as they had us stay on the 6 th floor and the tournament on the 2nd & 3rd floors. But as always,, parents don’t watch their children and they were running down our hallway at 8:00 am.
