Positives: Lobby staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and polite.

Negatives: The room smelled bad and I looked at switching. Other room smelled same bad. Carpet probably needed a shampooing and the smell was probably embedded in the walls. The rooms and public space (lobby) were dilapidated and worn out. The blackout drapes in room had pinpoint holes in them noticeable at night. The metal bathroom door stuck so made noise every time it was opened or closed. Lobby furniture looked worn out and stained. Crumbs on the carpet. At other hotels I've been too with nice lobbies, it's a place to hang out for a while but not here. Not an inviting, clean-feeling atmosphere.

Positives: Breakfast was good, preferred the omelette to the chopped up scrambled eggs and of course preferred the bacon to the sausages. The pancake machine is in a lousy spot but I suppose you have to slow the line down due to limited seating. All in all a good stay. We are booked for an additional night.

Negatives: Nothing really, our room had been updated in the last year or so, that was evident. Beds were very good, elevators are fast. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Positives: The location of the hotel it's very good. The size of the rooms are more than ok, the breakfast options are good and the bathroom it's quite large.

Negatives: The room have a very bad smell when we arrive, like humidity or something but very unpleasant. It when away after a couple of hours but everytime we return to the room it was there. Although they offer parking in the hotel, this is underground and not very high. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was the parking and we couldn't use it despite we pay it in advance.
