Good location, staff very helpful, room large, great view from 16th floor, bed very comfortable. Shower great with good towels and Toiletries. Lovely breakfast. Free coffee in reception 24 hours. Small tuck shop in lobby.
Negatives:
Unpleasant smell on entering room, was offered two alternative rooms, which also had the same smell so decided to stay in original room as better view, was left a room spray and we kept windows open which seemed to solve problem. Not sure if it was coming from carpet or air conditioning ventilation.

Positives:
The hotel location was convenient and in walking distance of the CN Tower. Breakfast was good but being English would like to have had baked beans and mushrooms more readily available.
Negatives:
Improvement work outside the hotel but appreciate it was necessary.

Overall a conveniently situated hotel at a competitive price.
Positives:
The location was great and easy to get taxis from. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing especially the pancake machine. There is coffee in the lobby which is nice to stop by when coming back in. The staff are very nice and approachable. There is a Metro supermarket within walking distance too. I really did like it a lot.
Negatives:
It's a bit pricey but I think that is standard for Toronto.

Ideal hotel for exploring the city!
Positives:
Breakfast was good, staff were very polite. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Had a robot that could delivery chips to the room - which the kids still talk about a month later
Negatives:
Very pricey for a standard hotel, there were numerous additional fees on top of the baseline price making it even more expensive than initially anticipated. This was well communicated in advance but still hundreds of dollars in additional fees were tough to swallow.
